I am currently doing a BA in World music in the University of Limerick and I am the current youth officer at Dun Na Si, I have a huge passion for music in particular teaching music to people of all ages. I've played music from an early age and come from a long line of credited traditional Irish musicians in my family. I am a multi-instrumentalist playing keyboard, bouzouki harmonica and studying the Javanese Gamelan in college but the guitar would be the main instrument. I am also a classically trained singer and have a high knowledge of music theory. I have a lot of experience in working with children and in teaching. I have been involved in all aspects of music including being a member of the 'All- Island' winning Moate Community school choir as well as the Carmelite Christmas choir along with being a working singer-songwriter. I have started teaching in Dún Na Sí this year and am currently holding four classes for children and adults at all skill levels with upwards of 30 students.
